Our Customer services Centre operates from offices in Edgware, Middlesex.
Opening hours are from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm. Email our customer services team direct anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by completing our customer enquiry form or alternatively by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team on receipt of your enquiry will call you back during our office hours to discuss your enquiry further, Outside of office hours and weekends, we offer an Answerphone with call back service.

Our experienced and friendly operators deal with many daily enquiries, all enquiries are dealt by trained staff to who will be able to deal your enquiry more efficiently and advise you on the best service we offer that would suit your job needs at the most competitive price.
However as you can appreciate sometimes will may not always be able to furnish you with a quotation over the phone or by an email enquiry and may need to arrange a site visit. Our customer services operator will arrange a day and time convenient to you for a member of our team to visit your property. All our quotations are FREE with no obligating.
Once a booking has been made you will allocated your own personal Customer Care Manager from our customer services team to who will assist you with any enquires you may have leading up to the day of the job or on the day itself.
